Crofton is a master planned, 20-acre single-family community with 228 homes located in the Issaquah Highlands. The two phases of Crofton were constructed between 2003 and 2006. The Crofton community is comprised of single and multifamily housing, retail stores, office buildings, community facilities and live/work spaces in an urban village setting. The first phase, Crofton Springs, is made up of 121 homes and the second phase, Crofton at Village Green, is made up of 107 homes.
