The Elements is comprised of twelve distinct parcels which total approximately 92,160 square feet, 2.12 acres. The development plan called for the site to be developed into four buildings, comprising a total of 405 residential housing units, 4,000 square feet of neighborhood retail space and parking for 500 vehicles. The site was sold in May 2007 with a Master Use Permit issued by the City of Seattle for development of the first of the four buildings.
