The Honeyman Hardware Lofts is a mixed-use residential and neighborhood retail center encompassing an entire city block in Downtown Portland's highly popular Pearl District, and has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1989. Existing improvements include 89 loft-style apartments and 28,000 SF of ground level retail.
Security Properties is conducting a renovation of the building and recently received approval for the addition of a new 9-story building on 10,000 SF (one-quarter) of the site.
