Located in the heart of Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, On the Park is a newly opened mixed use development adjacent to a the 1 acre Ballard Commons Park and new Ballard Library. The development includes 268 apartments over a 42,000 SF QFC grocery (a division of Kroger).
Townhouses open directly to the park, while upper units have views of the park and the Olympic Mountains. Construction was completed in February 2010 and the majority of the units have been leased.
