Located in the heart of Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, On the Park is adjacent to a new 1 acre urban city park and new library. The development includes 268 apartments over a 42,000 square foot QFC grocery (a division of Kroger). Townhouses will open directly to the park, while upper units will have views of the park and the Olympic Mountains. Construction began in January 2008 and completion is anticipated in fourth quarter 2009.
