2000 Residential Architecture Community of the Year

Poulsbo Place is a master planned, 50-acre single-family community with 258 attached and detached residential homes completed in 2003. Poulsbo Place was designed to recreate a traditional small-town atmosphere. Poulsbo Place won the 2000 MAME Award (Major Achievement in Market Excellence) as well as won Community of the Year in 2000 from Residential Architecture.
