Upon engagement, our staff will execute the agreed-upon plan which may include providing property and project management services, construction management, entitlement processing, accounting and job cost reporting, marketing and brokerage, legal referral, as well as other services as needed by the client. Fees for services may be agreed hourly, or on a project by project basis.
