Carter-Haston Buys $176M, Three-Property Nashville Multifamily Portfolio

Nashville, TN-based Carter-Haston has purchased three multifamily properties in the Nashville area for an aggregate price of $175.6 million. Russ Oldham, Brett Kingman and Robbie O’Bryan of Walker & Dunlop enabled the sale of the three properties on behalf of the seller, Seattle, WA-based Security Properties, and the buyer. Walker & Dunlop also financed the buyer.

The collection of properties includes:

Artessa – a 250-unit apartment community in Franklin. The 2015-constructed property offers the opportunity to make strategic capital investments to further enhance the product offering within this premier submarket.

Duet – a 215-unit apartment community in Nashville. The 2015-constructed property is in Nashville’s West End near the 132-acre Centennial Park with close proximity to transportation and employment opportunities.

Note 16 – an 86-unit Class A apartment community located in Nashville. The asset was built in 2013 and is situated in the heart of Music Row for easy access to Nashville’s top employers and entertainment venues.
