As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to escalate across the U.S. the well-being of our residents and our team members continues to be our top priority. In many areas, health authorities and government officials have restricted business operations to essential services only to increase social distancing.
Considering this guidance, we want to share some of the operational changes we have implemented.
Community Health
We continue to focus specifically on sanitizing frequently used spaces throughout the property. For additional information regarding COVID-19 please see the CDC:
Service Requests
Maintenance requests will be completed for emergency and essential services only. Emergency service requests include all life safety items.  In conjunction with these measures, office team members will screen essential service requests.
Amenity Spaces
Our amenity spaces remain temporarily closed. Once we have more guidance from the CDC and local authorities around safely reopening these spaces, we will share it with you. Mailrooms/kiosks, package storage/pick-up, laundry facilities, playgrounds, dog wash stations, and dog parks remain open.
Access to Management Team
Our doors are closed to the public, but our office team is ready to assist residents via phone, email or resident portal. Additionally, we will be reducing time team members spend together on-site by staggering office coverage. We hope by implementing these social distancing measures we can ensure business continuity.

While we recognize that these measures may pose a temporary inconvenience, we believe they are the right measures to take to help preserve the welfare of our team and community.

To protect the health of our community, we have temporarily moved to virtual leasing. Most of our communities are now offering LIVE video tours!
